Hope starts with you.

In 2026, Surgeons of Hope will organize 10 medical missions to under-resourced hospitals in Honduras, Costa Rica, Paraguay, and Mexico. During each mission, we will be able to perform an average of 8 life-saving cardiac surgeries, each at a cost of $2,500 – a fraction of the cost in the United States, where a single surgery can exceed $200,000. And the impact doesn’t end there: We train local medical teams, ensuring the work continues long after we leave.
